You will be able to find a digital version of your "tiers payants" card in your customer area, 48 hours after signing up.


Concerning the paper version of your card : 


As soon as your Lovys complementary health insurance takes effect, you will receive a Lovys mutuelle card at home within 5 working days.


You can then present this card to any healthcare professional to avoid advancing all or part of the cost of consultations or medication.


Your third-party payment card will be sent to you :


- Immediately after informing your social security number directly on the subscription form.

- Or after subscription, by sending your social security entitlement certificate from your customer area or by e-mail to sante@lovys.com.


Please note: This card is sent on the contract effective date. If you choose a future start date, your card will be sent to you on that date.
