Your contract starts as soon as you activate your smartphone insurance. To activate your smartphone insurance, go to the Lovys application available on Android and iOS and follow the instructions:
1. Enter the IMEI number of your phone.
2. Complete the activation steps.
3. Sign your insurance contract.
Coverage takes effect when you complete the activation steps in your Lovys application and after the waiting period.
Coverage ends upon termination of the contract, at the end of the monthly period started.
