If we are unable to collect your monthly payment (due to an expired credit card, insufficient account balance or other situations), we will record a "failed payment". 

To update your bank details, go to your customer area under "bank details". Our system will automatically attempt to withdraw the monthly payment for 20 days. 

After this period, a reminder will be sent. You then have 30 days left to pay the amount due so that we can reactivate your insurance cover. 

As in any insurance contract, the law provides for 10 days during which you can settle the payment and reactivate the contract. In this case, although it breaks our heart, we are obliged to cancel your contract...
