In order to cancel your policy you have to log into your account at the Lovys website, access and click on "Policies"
Choose the policy you want to cancel clicking on the policy number or "Details"
Once you have chosen a policy click on "Cancel" or scroll down until the bottom and click on Cancel my policy.
Choose a reason for the cancelation.
Choose the desired date for cancelation.
Click on "Continue"
Click on "Send" and that's it!
