Of course! With Lovys, for all contracts taken out after 15/10/2024 or renewed after this date, you benefit from breakdown assistance 50km from home, included in the contract (subject to mention in your special conditions).


This assistance will be at your expense if you have not taken out the 24/7 assistance option for a breakdown less than 50 km from home, or if you need a replacement vehicle. We offer two types of assistance depending on your needs:


  • Standard assistance: a tow truck will be sent to you in the event of a breakdown or accident, even down the road from your home (0km).

  • The premium assistance package, which provides you with a replacement vehicle (as well as 0km breakdown assistance).
