Rent Default Insurance is an annual insurance policy with monthly payments. You will be able to cancel the renewal of your policy between 60 and 5 days before the automatic yearly renewal. Whenever the renewal date approaches, you will get an email reminding you of this.
For example, if your policy expires on December 13th, 2022 and you want to cancel it, you can give us between 60 and 5 days' notice. If you fail to do so, your policy will be automatically renewed and you will not be able to cancel it until 60 days prior to the next automatic renewal, in this case, on December 13th, 2023, when we contact you again by email.
